What are the common problems in hydraulic system test equipment?

The hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shear test of metal materials, as well as the compression and bending test of non-metallic materials such as wood and cement.

The adjustment of the zero position shall be carried out when the sample is placed and the working piston is raised. When work piston rises after a distance, adjust the position of the equilibrium effort scribed line on the left side beam and the standard, then turn the gear lever initiative aimed at zero, and on the swinging rod with use "B", "C"

The lead and the method of "B" and "C" to check whether the pointer is zero. If all zeroed in, then the pendulum has been plumped, and then the test is required to select the cast. When adjusting the zero position, the motor of the oil pump should be actuated so that the force piston can be rotated to reduce the friction between the piston and the cylinder.

2. Common fault analysis failure 1: the pendulum has fallen back too fast or too slowly.

If the pendulum falls too fast, one of the reasons is that the steel ball in the adjustable buffer valve is not close to the ball seat or the oil needle is different from the hole, which is caused by dirt and burr. Should be cleaned, ground ball or oil needle. The second reason is the non-adjustable buffer valve cone with the groove too deep or the valve body is not close to the seat. In this case, it should be cleaned, grinding the cone and grinding the shallow notch. The third reason is that the position of the adjustable buffer valve knob is not appropriate, so the position of the knob should be adjusted. If the pendulum falls too slowly, it is because the slot on the cone is too shallow and should be deepened. In addition, if the viscosity of oil is too large, the oil should be replaced with appropriate viscosity.

Failure 2: pointer zero instability. The cause of zero instability should first consider whether the bearing of the pointer axis or the pendulous axis is dirty or corroded, and the bearing should be cleaned or replaced. Then look at whether the gear is meshed well, and if the meshing is not good, it needs to be repaired. If the belt that drives the piston has been removed, the belt must be reattached. If the cone tip of the force piston is detached from the cone, the force piston should be loaded into the cone.

Fault 3: after unloading, the pointer cannot be reset, and some parts of it are sticky. Check whether the line of the line hammer is falling off the cone. If it has fallen off, it will be wound in the groove. Then the bearing of the needle shaft must be cleaned or replaced, and the guide frame of the end of the tooth rod is cleaned and the oil and rust of the guide rail are cleaned.

Fault 4: the value of the indicator is negative, and the error of the scale is larger, and the smaller scale is larger. In this case, it is possible that the Angle between the push plate and the pendulum perpendicular is smaller, and the Angle adjustment is appropriate. It is also possible that the Angle between the balance hammer and the swing bar becomes smaller, and the screw or screw nut of the straight balance hammer is needed to make the Angle appropriate. In addition, the part load pendulum raise direction, or gear lever to push board direction is the same reason, at this point, we must adjust the load part of the horizontal position or the gear lever to horizontal position.

Fault 5: the value of the indicator is very poor, and the error is larger before each scale, and the smaller scale is larger. In fact, the adjustment in this situation is the opposite of the fault. The first is the Angle between the push plate and the pendulum perpendicular. Secondly, the Angle between the balance hammer and swing bar is larger. The measuring force is tilted in the opposite direction of the pendulum, and the reverse direction of the tooth bar is tilted towards the push plate. All these should be adjusted accordingly.

Above all, if the failure happened in the process of test, must stop the oil pump motor rotation, namely again after unloading inspection or repair, and should not in maintenance or restart under high pressure, so as to avoid an accident.
