Bona hygienic filters are primarily used in applications where purity and food grade requirements are high. The inner and outer surfaces are well polished and have no dead ends inside.

The hygienic filter has a pressure of 150 psi and the materials of stainless steel 304 and 316L are acceptable. The inlet/outlet is also a sanitary seal, a female filter of 1" or 3/4" BSP or NPT single sanitary enclosure. The standard material for sealing the O-ring is silica gel, or fluororubber or EPDM.

BONA's hygienic housing filter range from 1 element to 20 elements with a surface finish rate of <0.5 microns.
