Stainless steel multi-bag container operation
The unfiltered liquid enters the outer casing of the filter bag or the water filter basket, fills the inside of the outer casing, and continues through the filter bag or filter basket. The solid is trapped inside the filter bag or filter and is easily removed when the housing is in use. Our standard Ø-ring seal between the basket and the casing ensures a positive seal to prevent bypassing.

Stainless steel multi-bag container operating procedures
The operation is simple, just install the qualified micro filter bag on the filter element filter, check the working state of the o-ring, and then tighten the filter ring bolt to start working. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge is slightly increased, and the initial pressure is about 0.05MPa. As the working time increases, the residue in the filter casing will gradually increase. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the filter must stop working. The operator should open the filter cover to check the contents of the bag and continue to use the replaceable filter bag (generally, the wash bag filter can be reused). Filtration pressures of 0.1 to 0.3 MPa are suitable, but can be adjusted by means of a return or return valve on the pump. High working pressure can damage the filter bag and protect the filter.
